Service activation period + 3 years after termination, then deletion or anonymization.

User rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — free exercise via dashboard or DPO.

Transfers outside EU

Governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

Intellectual property & copyright

Protected originality: your personal narrative is protected by copyright (Art. L111-1 CPI), 70 years after death.
No automatic assignment: sharing memories on MYWIE does not transfer any exploitation rights.
Inalienable moral rights: disclosure, integrity, withdrawal — cannot be assigned.
Framed contract: proportional remuneration, effective exploitation, annual accounting.
Anti-plagiarism protection: digital fingerprint on all shared content.
