1. A complement, not the notarised act

MYWIE’s digital testament is a complement: messages, access, documents you organise for a recipient, encrypted.

Marketing badges (AES-256, GDPR, “validity”) do not replace a will received by a notary.

  • Separate space from the Vault of silences (forced “testament” category).
  • Legacy vault ?category=testament links → this page.
  • Recipient: name and email required.

For assets, succession, minors: a notary. Here: what you want available digitally.

2. Write, attach, delete

Same mechanics as the vault: title, body, recipient, media up to 1 GB (50 MB for in-browser ZK).

  • Famille plan required (vault gate).
  • Zero-Knowledge: in-browser encryption when the mode is on.
  • Delete the item or a file.

This is not depositing a minute with a public officer.

3. Required plan

Like the vault: not in Essentiel.

  • Famille and Héritage: open.
  • Essentiel: upgrade banner.
  • Scheduled messages are another Famille gate.

4. Privacy

At-rest / ZK encryption depending on the account.

  • Hosting in France.
  • Sign in again if the text no longer decrypts.
  • The recipient is the person you name in the form, not automatic sharing with the whole family.
